You can make an appointment on our website by clicking on the desired service and selecting a specialist. If you are unsure which service you need, you can always contact us.
What can I expect during the appointment?
On the day of the appointment, you will first have a short consultation with the specialist who will be treating you. During this time, you can discuss your preferences and receive advice from the specialist. After that, the treatment will begin.
Can I schedule an appointment if I still have old PMU?
No, if you have old PMU, please send us a photo first via the contact form. We cannot treat you if you have old PMU and do not inform us beforehand.
How is the payment for the appointment handled?
For every appointment, a deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is paid at the time of the appointment and is adjusted with the deposit.

What are Hombre Brows?

This is the most natural way of PMU on the eyebrows. It gives your eyebrows a fuller look and provides a elegance, fresh appearance.
What is the Pico Laser Removal?
With the Pico Laser treatments, we remove pigment from the skin, this is the fastest and most effective way to remove pigment. With this treatment, we remove permanent makeup on the eyebrows, lips, eyes, and tattoos. The treatment is 100% safe and does not cause any damage to the skin or hair.
What is semi-permanent makeup?
Semi-permanent makeup is a treatment where pigment (color) is applied just below the top layer of the epidermis and the upper layer of the second skin layer.
How long does the PMU last?
Every skin is different and heals differently, so we can never say exactly how long it will last. PMU typically looks good for 1-2 years. After that, you can choose to schedule a touch-up. We offer touch-ups starting from a minimum of 2 months up to a maximum of 2 years. We recommend coming back before then to keep the PMU looking fresh and beautiful.
How does the healing process work?
After your treatment, the skin needs 6 weeks to heal. During these 6 weeks, the PMU may appear different each day. You might notice that the pigment looks very light one day and darker the next, or even as if it has disappeared. This is completely normal and part of the healing process. Your skin is adjusting to the pigment. During these 6 weeks, we cannot perform any additional treatments, as your skin is still healing and the final result is not yet visible.
How long does the healing process take?
After your treatment, it takes 6 weeks for the PMU to heal. After 6 weeks, you return for the after-treatment to perfect the PMU, and 6 weeks after the after-treatment, you’ll see the final result.
Is the after-treatment really necessary?
Yes, we recommend everyone to do the after-treatment. Your skin needs time to regenerate after the first treatment and adjust to the pigment. Each skin is different and heals differently, which affects how well and quickly your skin absorbs the pigment. The after-treatment is essential to perfect the PMU.
What aftercare should I follow after getting PMU?
After getting PMU, it is important to follow these guidelines:
– Keep the area dry for 7 days
– Avoid sun exposure for 4 weeks
– Avoid sauna, tanning beds, and swimming pools for 4 weeks
– Do not itch or touch the PMU, even if scabs form.
Can I get PMU while pregnant?
No, unfortunately, we cannot treat you while you are pregnant. You are welcome to come back after your pregnancy.
Can I get PMU if I have diabetes?
We can only treat you if you provide a written statement from your doctor. You will need to stop taking insulin 24 hours before the treatment.
What if the pigment doesn’t stay?
We can never guarantee in advance that your skin won’t reject the pigment and that the desired result will be achieved. Each skin is different and heals differently, so we cannot be responsible for pigment absorption. Our specialists perform the technique correctly, and if the pigment does not take, work has still been done. We will, of course, discuss and advise on the best solution, but we cannot guarantee 100% pigment absorption.
What should I do if I have old PMU but still want treatment?
When you have previous PMU, we would like to receive a photo first so we can provide a proper assessment. Please note that we almost always need to perform laser removal first, as we do not work over visible PMU that was done elsewhere. This is because we use the Ombre technique, which is not possible with a dark underlying pigment. If you still want to schedule an appointment with us, we will need to remove your old PMU first.
How many laser sessions will I need to remove my PMU?
Unfortunately, we can never predict in advance how many sessions you’ll need. This depends on many factors, such as how deep the pigment was applied, the pigment colors, the technique used, and of course, your skin itself. After the first laser session, we can assess how well your skin responds and determine if additional sessions are needed.
How does it work if I want to get laser sessions?
We never know how many sessions you will need, but there must be a 3-week interval between each laser session to allow the skin to heal. Once the pigment has been sufficiently removed, there should be a 5-week break between the last laser session and a new PMU treatment.
